RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

  • WHAT ADDRESS DO I SEND THE RETURN TO?

    Bshopzone recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation.
    The deadline for exercising this right is 14 days. By this date, the customer is required to send communication written via email. In the event that the purchase has been paid to by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the withdrawal letter must indicate the IBAN bank details and the bank on which to receive the credit of the amount paid for the purchase of the goods returned. The goods subject to the right of withdrawal must be sent in suitable packaging to guarantee its integrity.

    IMPORTANT: the packaging must contain the original invoice or possibly a copy with the article or articles highlighted returned.
  • CASES OF NON-ACCEPTANCE OF THE RETURN

    It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
    - clothing or footwear worn and/or washed, or without labels or original packaging
    - any product that does not retain its characteristics and characteristics original equipment owned at the time of purchase
    - if the purchased good is not intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.)
    - to limit damage to the original packaging, we therefore recommend, where possible, to include it in one second box, avoiding in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product

  • METHOD OF REFUND FOR RETURN FOR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

    Upon receipt of the returned goods, Bshopzone will carry out a evaluation of the integrity of the returned items and will proceed with the refund of the amount spent on the purchase of the item.
    The only expense you will have to bear, therefore, to take advantage of the right of withdrawal, is the shipping cost of sending the goods at our office (plus the cost of sending the registered letter which however can be replaced by a simple one e-mail).
    The reimbursement of the expense incurred to purchase the returned item will be possible be carried out in one of the following ways:
    - by bank transfer if the goods have been shipped purchase with payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery - by crediting your credit card or PayPal account in case in which the purchase was made with this mode
    - upon customer request, a redeemable voucher may be issued subsequently.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

  • WHAT ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE EXPECTED?

    Payment by credit card

    You can pay conveniently and safely via credit card on the Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron circuit, Postepay
    The transaction takes place on safe and protected servers via a SSL connection channel.
    If the goods are returned, the transaction will be cancelled in part thus allowing it to be credited back to your card.

    Payment with PayPal

    You can choose to pay with this method by selecting the PayPal option. If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your email and password and confirm the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can create a new one using your credit/prepaid card, in this case just select the type of card, fill in the necessary data and confirm the payment. We also remind you that PayPal protects your purchase.
    If the goods are returned, the transaction will be cancelled in part thus allowing immediate credit back to your account PayPal.

    Payment by bank transfer

    If you have chosen the bank transfer option you will be able to carry out the banking transaction according to the instructions received in the order confirmation. Once the payment has been made you We kindly ask you to send the bank transfer accountant to the e-mail address from which you received the order confirmation in so that we can verify the actual desire to purchase e keep the reservation of the chosen items active.
    When crediting our bank account, we will immediately ship the goods.

  • ONLINE PAYMENT PROBLEMS (CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL)

    If you have made an online purchase and have encountered problems with payment, we kindly ask you not to make a new one order also because you may no longer find it available the item/s chosen as they have already been booked in your order previous.

    For example, you may encounter problems if you have chosen 'pick up in store' and PayPal payment method. In in this case PayPal carries out an address check shipping registered on your account and obviously having chosen the Pick up in store, it will not match.

    - (if the above method doesn't work) send the payment via PayPal at the address https://www.paypal.me/bshopzone
    - (if the above methods don't work) send a bank transfer banking

    Finally, we ask you to send us the payment method you have chosen response to the order confirmation received.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

  • TAX TREATMENT ON SHIPMENTS ABROAD

    Bshop uses BRT, SDA, GLS, FEDEX or DPD for shipping shipping to Europe, Japan and Australia and America.
