RUSH POLAR GTX WMN is the product of the Rush family designed specifically for the winter period, ideal for snow trekking and snowshoeing. This three-buckle boot, thanks to the combination of Gore-Tex® Duratherm and PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco which ensure maximum protection against the cold, can also be used for arctic excursions. Tested in the laboratory, it guarantees protection up to the extreme temperature of -20°C.
FEATURES
UPPER
The upper is in 1.7-1.9 mm thick Perwanger® suede leather with waterproof, breathable and durable characteristics. Thanks to a 3D Autofit collar in padded fabric, the ankle area is well protected while the foot is stabilized without pressure points.
LACING
Newly developed “Speed Lacing” with two-component small parts in light steel and plastic. The advanced lacing at the toe is differentiated into two parts. The lower part with lace loops allows for quick sliding of the lace and adjustment of the fit volumes in a single movement. The upper part has a lace lock that divides the tension areas of the lacing and hooks for a homogeneous and progressive wrapping of the ankle, to obtain a comfortable fit without constraints.
LINING
GORE-TEX Duratherm with its highly insulating layer protects your feet optimally. PRIMALOFT® Gold Insulation ECO (100% Recycled), offers synthetic padding and water repellency even in the rainiest weather conditions. This combination guarantees, in addition to maximum protection against the cold, also breathability, compressibility and exceptional softness.
SOLE
PRESA® TRK-02 is made of SUPERGUM W compound, highly performing in winter conditions, ensuring grip on icy terrain and snow. The pronounced heel and the caps aid braking downhill and grip uphill. Furthermore, the IKS (Interactive Kinetic System) technology, characterized by 7 shock-absorbing areas (domes), progressively and specifically support the weight of the body during mountain activity.
