Bshop recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation.
The deadline for exercising this right is 14 days. By this date, the customer is required to send written communication via e-mail.
In the event that the purchase was paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the withdrawal letter must indicate the IBAN bank details and the bank to which the amount paid for the purchase of the returned goods will be credited.
The goods subject to the right of withdrawal must be sent in adequate packaging to guarantee their integrity.

IMPORTANT: the packaging must contain the original invoice or possibly a copy with highlighted the returned item or items.

It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• clothing or footwear worn and/or washed, or without labels or original packaging
• any product that does not retain the original characteristics and equipment possessed at the time of purchase
• if the purchased good is not intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.)
• to limit damage to the original packaging, we therefore recommend, where possible, to insert it in a second box, avoiding in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product
• any product that has been even minimally used or that has undergone alteration, tampering, breakage, abrasion or simple opening of a seal.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, an assessment of the integrity of the returned items will be carried out and the amount spent on the purchase of the item will be refunded.
The only expense that you will have to bear, therefore, to make use of the right of withdrawal, is the shipping cost of sending the goods to the our office (plus the cost of sending the registered letter which, however, can be replaced by a simple e-mail).

The reimbursement of the expense incurred to purchase the returned item can be made in one of the following ways:

• via bank transfer if the goods were purchased with payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery

Shipping costs abroad

We ship throughout Europe by express courier. Rates for abroad vary based on the country and are automatically calculated at checkout after entering the shipping address.

For non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom United Kingdom) import duties and taxes may be payable by the recipient and are not included in shipping costs.

You will receive an email with the tracking link when the package is shipped.

The cash on delivery is available only in Italy.

Shipping costs in Italy are €10.00, for orders over €100.00 per delivery is free throughout Italy.

As regards shipments abroad, the costs are different depending on the destination. Set your destination and find out the shipping cost when completing the order.

As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive an email with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION in which you will find the tracking link that can be used to check the status of your order online. Remember that you will be able to track the shipment immediately. Sometimes the procurement of some items may lead to shipping delays which will be communicated via e-mail upon order confirmation. In Italy, shipments of goods are made using an express courier with delivery within 24/48 hours.

Delivery times for shipments on Italian territory are usually 24/48 hours from the moment you are notified of the shipment by email.
If the order does not arrive at your destination within 5 working days of receiving this communication, please notify our customer service by sending an email in response to the shipping confirmation email.

Keep in mind that the prices displayed on the site refer to the available products and any aggressive discount policies will not be inherited by a possible ad hoc order of an unavailable item.
