Built for the 2020 Olympics in collaboration with Adam Ondra, the AIRNET harness features airNET technology, which keeps the harness ultra-light yet comfortable, and an innovative Infinity Belay Loop service loop, to create the definitive competition harness on the market.
Developed in collaboration with BD athlete Adam Ondra, airNET is a cutting-edge harness built for the 2020 Olympics. Featuring patented airNET technology—ultra-breathable, super performing, and very comfortable in the event of a fall, as it distributes loads evenly across the “net” that forms it—airNET also includes a patented Infinity Loop service loop for belaying, which is durable, low-profile, and eliminates issues related to sewing the service loop. At just 235 grams, it also includes two pressure-molded gear loops at the front, while the rear gear loops are in low-profile webbing — a request from Ondra, which had cut the rear loops from its racing harnesses to save weight and reduce mass. The black Dynex lower and upper anchor points are strong and lightweight, and the seamless taped edges of the hipbelt and leg loops proved comfortable against the skin during the most intense tests.
