The Choucas is our historic harness: designed in 2012, we have improved it over the years to launch this fourth version acclaimed by mountain guides.

Much lighter (142g in S) and more compact than others classic mountaineering harnesses, this latest version is very comfortable with its wide belt at the waist. It's the Alpine harness definitive for competitions, ski mountaineering and approach to the glacier.

Its features and equipment make it the ideal harness with its four large material holders, two ice screw slots on the waist belt and two more on the leg loops. You can wear it with your feet on the ground, with skis or crampons, and easily adjust the tension at the waist, thanks to its new buckle at the waist.
