Refund policy

Bshopzone acknowledges the right of withrawal, as provided by the regulations in force.
The time limit for exercising this right is 14 days.
Before this dedline, the client has to

• Send via courier the good (or goods) intended for return or exchange to the address below

• The package has to be accompanied by the original fiscal receipt or, eventually, by a copy of it. The merchandise intended to be returned needs to be underlined, the customer has to specify the interntion of GOODS RETURN or GOODS EXCHANGE.
  
  
• In case of GOODS EXCHANGE it is possible to place a new order on our website, choosing as shipping method  'CAMBIO MERCE AUTORIZZATO - GOOD EXCHANGE' (for this order we ask you not to utilize any discount code, as they will not be accounted). This procedure will reserve the goods and prevent any sale to third parties during the return time. After receiving the goods Bshopzone will send an e-mail with eventual price differences to be covered by the customer or to be refunded by Bshopzone.
  
  
• The returned good has to be intact and shipped inside the original package (in case of footwear or goods having their specific box), complete in all its parts or accessories. We kindly request of you to protect footwear boxes by putting them in another box instead of using sticky tape or similar.
  
  
• Shipping costs for the return will be covered by the customer, as per current legislation, while the shipping cost of the exchange product will be coverd by Bshopzone.

After receiving the good, or the goods, at our office everything will be examined to evaluate eventual damage or tamperings. If the goods returned present damage or signs of wear resulting from handling not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the same, we may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.
Bshopzone will refund the customer the total amount paid, within 14 days since receiving the goods, through transfer procedure of the amount charged.
In case of  bank trasfer payment we ask you to idicate on the fiscal receipt, inside the returned package, the IBAN bank details for the refund.

When the right of withdrawal expires

the right of withrawal expires completely as per lack of integrity of the good (packaging and /or its contents), in cases where Bshopzone accertains:

• Usage (even if partial) of the good or eventual consumables;
• Lack of external package or of the original internal packing; in case of apparel or similar, the lack of labels, tag or seals;.
• Lack of elements integrating the product; 
• Product damaged due to causes not related to shipment.

Customers purchasing with VAT can't exercise the right of withrawal.
